ef33 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ef33 platform and all its services. By accessing the platform through the ef33 website, mobile version, or any other channel, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

ef33 is an online betting and casino entertainment platform for users in Bangladesh, offering cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and many other entertainment activities.

ef33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open and use an account on ef33, you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is approved for users aged 21 and above only. If a minor opens an account, or if an adult operates an account on behalf of a minor, that account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Accurate Information at Registration

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and truthful information, such as:

• Full name (as per National ID card)
• Date of birth
• Active mobile number and email address
• Valid address in Bangladesh

Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or closed, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 One Person, One Account

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and any bonuses or winnings may be cancelled.

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you believe your account is being used without authorisation, notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ef33 may request documents for identity verification at any time, especially before a withdrawal. What may typically be requested:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Latest bank statement or mobile wallet transaction details
• Selfie or video verification (if required)

If verification documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If there are no transactions or logins for 90 consecutive days, the account may be marked as inactive. Any balance in an inactive account remains safe; logging in again will reactivate the account.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The following methods can be used to deposit funds into ef33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposits from third-party accounts or unrecognised sources are not accepted — the deposit method must be in the name of the registered account holder.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Standard processing time: 10–45 minutes
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed
• The withdrawal process will not begin if the wagering requirements for bonus funds have not been met

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not currently supported.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, if you deposit ৳5,000, you will receive an additional ৳5,000 as a bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount (20x wagering requirement). Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳40,000 in bets.

• A specific time limit applies for meeting the wagering requirements (this will be stated separately for each offer)
• Some games do not contribute or only partially contribute to meeting the wagering requirements — details will be provided on the promotions page
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly

5.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, ef33 runs various special offers, cashback deals, and tournaments. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms before participating in any promotion.

5.4 VIP Program

ef33's VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular play and active use of the platform.

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

ef33 uses software from world-class game providers to ensure fair and transparent gaming on its platform. The outcome of all games is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and market has a minimum and maximum betting limit. These limits are clearly stated in the game lobby. ef33 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Bet Cancellation and Amendment

A confirmed bet generally cannot be cancelled. However, ef33 reserves the right to cancel a bet in the event of a technical error or incorrect information being displayed. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

6.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

For cricket betting, bets can be placed on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international matches. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or concluded outside of regular time, bets will be settled according to the relevant rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ef33:

• Opening an account using a false identity or fake documents
• Operating more than one account or accessing another person's account
• Bonus abuse, such as using strategic betting to circumvent bonus conditions
• Using automated bots, scripts, or programs to access the platform or place bets
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Misconduct or harassment towards ef33 staff
• Any activity that damages the reputation of the platform

• Failure or delay by a third-party payment provider

For any claim, ef33's maximum liability will be equal to the actual funds deposited in the relevant user's account — no indirect or compensatory claims will be accepted.

11.1 Amendment of Terms

ef33 may amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

11.2 Suspension or Modification of Service

ef33 reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any service or feature. In such cases, efforts will be made to notify users in advance and arrangements will be made to refund any funds remaining in their accounts.

11.3 Account Closure
